Formosa Keemun


The long, silvery needles of this Taiwanese Keemun produce a full-bodied cup. It is slightly dry with a smooth, sweet finish compared to a darker China Keemun. The aroma is redolent of fresh hay.

We recommend about a rounded teaspoon of loose tea to 8-12 ounces of hot water. An ounce of this tea will give you about 8 servings. The general steeping temperature is 185 – 208 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
