The long, silvery needles of this Taiwanese Keemun produce a full-bodied cup. It is slightly dry with a smooth, sweet finish compared to a darker China Keemun. The aroma is redolent of fresh hay.
Steep at 185° for 3-4 minutes
Use one rounded teaspoon per 8-12 ounces of water. Yields about 8-10 servings per ounce of loose tea.
