Limited edition orange pekoe pu-erh mini pies from 2016. The fermentation process imparts an earthy profile with musky notes. (unwrap before steeping) Puerh is black tea that is hand piled for lengthy periods to allow internal fermentation of the leaf. This process creates earthy overtones and a tea that is valued for aiding digestion. It is then compressed, and retains its flavor through several infusions.
